Sessions are virtual, so you can show up from wherever feels right — your couch, your car, your lunch break. We'll talk honestly, dig into what's actually going on, and work toward real shifts. You might laugh, you might cry, and I want to earn your trust enough to push back and challenge you sometimes. But first, trust.

work with adults navigating burnout, grief and loss, big life transitions, overthinking, and low self-worth. Stepmoms, I see you — "I've done all the right things and still feel stuck" folks, I really see you. And men, one or two of you may have called me a shithead a time or two. I got you.
-
Mostly, we just talk. I want to understand what brought you here, what you've tried before, and where you want things to go. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — showing up is the hardest part, and you've already done that.

Sessions are 55 minutes. Most clients meet weekly, especially at the start. We'll figure out what makes sense for you as we go.

I don't bill insurance directly — I'm a private pay practice. Sessions are $135, paid via the client portal at the time of your session. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need it. I'm also currently in the process of getting credentialed. In the meantime, going private pay means more privacy, more flexibility, and more control over your care — no insurance company deciding what you need or for how long. I can also provide a superbill if you'd like to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes — what you say here, stays here. Now, there are a few times I have to break confidentiality. We'll talk about this more in our first session and what that would ever look like.
